Length: The series contains 4 modules, each approximately 1 hour (45 min. of instruction followed by 15 min. Q&A)

Who should attend? Individuals involved in the daily business of shipping freight: shipping clerks, warehouse employees, administrative personnel, sales associates, professionals responsible for their company’s transportation needs as well as individuals that service other company’s transportation needs.
